22-03-2010 Kick-off meeting
The team has convenied in the day 22 of March 2010 for the kick-off of the project. The aim of the meeting was to focus on the current data suitable for the project and the principal topic to address within the project. The first science items that are feasible on a short term are: 1) dark matter in NGC 4374 with PN.S data; 2) the 2D velocity field of the two flattened systems NGC 821 and NGC 4697 using the combination of VIMOS-IFU observations and PN.S data; 3) dark matter halo shape of NGC 4650A; 4) the test of the F(R) theories in elliptical galaxies from the PN.S sample.
